at the Terminal Dradenau, Antwerpenstr. 1, 21129 Hamburg

For legal reasons, this auction must be carried out as
a Live-Auction on site. In case you do not want to attend
the auction sale in person, you can submit bids online
until May 16, 2024, 10:00 a.m. However inspection is
highly recommended.

Your online bids will be used and
taken into account by the auctioneer for you/on your behalf
at the Live-Auction on May 16, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
Payment has to be made against invoice on the same day
to our bank account mentioned in the invoice.
To do this, register as a customer and enter your bids
online by May 16, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Containers are only auctioned together with its contents,
meaning that pos. 1 + 1a, pos. 2 + 2a, etc. are auctioned.
Bids must be placed on the „A-numbers“. Large parts are
auctioned separately. Bids must be at least as high as the
stated minimum prices as this relases to the srap price.

Total bids for all positions (Pos. 1 – 169a) can also
be submitted (see pos. 1).

Only the auction conditions of IndustrieWert GmbH apply.
Auction of the items against the highest bid, ex site, in the
condition as is and inspected, without warranty.
