Essentially: Sale ex works, in the condition as is and as inspected, without any warranty or liability on the part of the seller. Each bid/price is subject to an 18 % comission plus 19 % VAT. Dismantling and transport are the responsibility of the buyer. Collection by December 19, 2025, or by individual arrangement.

Individual viewing appointments can be arranged.

Payment on the day of the auction, in cash, by debit card (up to an amount of 1000 EUR), real-time-transfer, or by bank-certified crossed check (original bank confirmation must be presented). EU customers must present their confirmed VAT ID number and a copy of their ID card. Otherwise, as with non-EU/ third-country customers, a security deposit of 19% will be charged, which will be refunded upon receipt of the export documents.

Collection after full payment of the invoice by 31.01.2026. Disassembly and transport are the responsibility of the buyer.
